A Chartered Builder, Steve founded Taylor French in 2005. Under his leadership the company has become one of the leading Affordable Housing Contractors in the region. Steve retains overall responsibility for the day to day running of the business and leads in Land Acquisition, Planning and Team Training.
Brian Ball
Operations Director
Brian was Construction Director at Taylor Wimpey prior to joining Taylor French. Qualified in CDM and IOSH, he retains the overall responsibility of construction delivery for both Affordable Housing and Market Sale developments. He also has overall responsibility for Health and Safety within the organisation.
Andy Smith
Commercial Director - CIOB
Prior to joining Taylor French in 2012, Andy was a senior member of the commercial team at Taylor Wimpey. He is responsible for the overall commercial management of the business and ensuring that we are always at the forefront of new building methods, technology and sustainability.
Tim West
Partnerships Director - MCIH
A Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management and Housing, Tim is responsible for Partnership and Framework Management within the business. Tim has overall responsibility of new business in the Affordable Housing sector and has also delivered new build schemes to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
Steve Davis
Head of Midlands
Steve joined Taylor French specifically to develop and manage our business in the Midlands Region. Steve has a wealth of experience of working for house builders and Registered Providers on regeneration sites and mixed tenure opportunities for rent, shared ownership and private sale throughout the region.
Neil Walmsley
Commercial Director
Neil joins Taylor French Developments as Commercial Director for the Midlands Region. Neil has several years’ experience as a QS, before he became Commercial Manager, and then Head of Commercial, at Persimmon Homes. He brings with him the experience and the knowledge that will be required as our Midlands regions continues to expand.
