We worked under contract to complete 'The Node', a Rowan Homes scheme, following the collapse of the previous contractor. The development of 18 exclusive homes is set among 15 acres of historic parkland and formal gardens in Hertfordshire. At its centrepiece is the conversion of a 200 year old manor house into 10 luxury apartments.
