This heavily contaminated site, adjoining railway sidings, had restricted access due to National Rail requirements. A flexible approach was required as a number of units were changed from affordable to private sale midway through the project. We were able to work closely with Paradigm to create the most appropriate and cost-effective specification and vary the contract accordingly.
