After introducing the site to Hightown Housing Association on a subject to planning basis, we worked jointly through the planning process. Close working relationships were formed with Hightown, meaning we were able to deal with density, tenure and statutory changes as smoothly as possible. We started on site in late 2018, with site clearance completed early 2019.
